Consultation & Medical Screening
Prior to any treatment, all patients are required to complete a comprehensive medical consultation form. This ensures we have full awareness of any relevant medical history and contraindications. Each appointment includes an in-depth consultation with our aesthetics nurse to discuss the proposed treatment, including benefits, risks, and possible side effects.

Aftercare Support
Full aftercare instructions are provided for all treatments through our Aesthetics Nurse Platform. Patients will also receive direct contact information for our nurse prescribers to ensure ongoing support and patient safety following their treatment.

Patch Testing
A mandatory patch test is required for all laser treatments and elective dissolve procedures. This must be completed prior to your appointment to ensure there are no adverse reactions.

Photography Consent
Before and after photographs will be taken at each appointment to document treatment progress and results. These images are stored securely and may be used for medical and/or marketing purposes, with prior patient consent.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being retained. This policy ensures fair scheduling and allows us to offer appointments to other clients.

Prescription Treatments
All prescription-only treatments—including but not limited to anti-wrinkle injections, weight loss medications, and elective dissolving agents—are non-refundable once prescribed and dispensed. This is in accordance with medical and legal guidelines regarding prescription medications.
